A natural communicator, Ricky’s success in the Real Estate industry is largely due to his Auctioneering talent that have led to many awards across the industry as well as working with some of Australia’s best Real Estate agents as clients between Sydney, Newcastle and surrounds. A true Industry Advocate, Ricky holds multiple roles and was recently elected as the youngest ever Board Member on the states industry peak body – The Real Estate Institute of NSW. Ricky also sits as the Chair of the Auctioneering Chapter and is the Auction Trainer for the Real Estate Institute with his main goal to assist in continuing to pave the way for a more reformed Sales process overall.

Ricky also operates as an Independent Auctioneer under his company of ‘Advantage Auction Group’ and is paving the way for an extremely successful career as one of the best auctioneers in the industry. Ricky will conduct over 600 auctions this year alone and continue developing his skills, knowledge and experience as a leading force in some of the country’s premier real estate marketplaces.

A fast paced individual and always on the run, Ricky combines his auctioneering and sales experience and injects this into his own personal brand, selling properties from the Central Coast to the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and everywhere in between which are solely based on referrals.

A passion for Media, Ricky is always finding new ways and means of communicating news to family and friends however has a much bigger goal – of being known as one of the most respected Real Estate Personalities that the industry has to offer and with this is undergoing media training to become the next ‘Mr. Real Estate’.
